Description:
Spinocerebellar tracts - the tracts lie at surface of cord. we differentiate ventral and dorsal part. Both tracts carry information derived from muscle spindles, Golgi tendon organs and tactele receptors to the cerebellum, wich have interconnected in the base of the dorsal horn. Fibres of the dorsal spinocerebellar tract ascend ipsalaterally to ener the cerebellum via the inferior cerebellar peduncle. Fibres of the ventral spinocerebellar tract decussate, ascend and enter to the cerebellum through the superior cerebellar peduncle.
